WHY YOGA & FITNESS?

I started my journey with yoga to be more calm, relaxed and more graceful.

Since then I found my own pace and I can respect my body limits, and understand how to move forward without any harm and injuries. For me yoga is the foundation for any activity, you can do yoga for your spirit, mind, body – whatever you want.

I have been active my whole my life, but sometimes I felt angry, sad and disappointed. With the whole yoga and fitness yoga experience I feel great after every session, even if I know I am still far away, I know where I am going and what for. Especially now, in our busy, sometimes chaotic life, yoga refreshes, lets you focus on yourself, forget about the world outside the yoga studio – to have a rest from everything – rest, but keep active at the same time, relax and recharge your energy for another day.
